1. Where is my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information shortly after placing your order.
Your order will be shipped directly from our factory in China. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive after dispatch. External factors such as delays, strikes, customs inspections, etc. may affect delivery time.
Our logistics team will ensure that all packages are delivered on time every day until they are finally delivered. If you have recently ordered our products, please wait for the carrier information to be automatically updated.

2. Why did I receive two different tracking numbers?
Depending on the items ordered, one order may be sent in multiple packages.
For example, if you ordered two different items at the same time, you may receive two different packages and therefore two tracking numbers.

3. Why did I only receive part of my order?
If an order contains multiple products shipped from different locations, you will receive multiple packages.

4. Which shipping company does VAAIG use?
We prefer fast carriers to ship as quickly as possible.
Personalized packages shipped from our studio are shipped by airlines and local carriers.
5. Why is my tracking information not updated?
Don't panic, this is normal!
If you have recently placed an order, it will take some time for the carrier information to update.
Information for products shipped from our warehouse is updated quickly.
For personalized products shipped by air from our studio, it is normal that the information is not updated during international transportation. Once the package arrives at the destination, it must wait for the carrier. Once the product is scanned, the information will be updated.
Our logistics team is responsible for shipping all packages every day until they are delivered to your home.
6. Do I need to pay customs duties?
No, the price shown is the price you pay - you don't have to pay anything extra.
7. To which address should I return the product?
Please always contact customer service first. They will provide you with the most appropriate return address.
Unless it is VAAIG's fault, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
